We are in search of a Solutions Marketing Manager who will be an integral part of our diverse and customer-centric organization. In this position, your primary focus will be on developing and executing marketing strategies for pivotal solutions, including Customer Experience Operations and other offerings. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B marketing, familiarity with CRM integrations and cloud technologies, and a demonstrated history of implementing effective marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Craft clear and engaging positioning and messaging for essential solutions that resonate with target demographics, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Design and execute marketing initiatives aimed at increasing the adoption of key solutions.
  • Generate impactful marketing content, such as solution briefs, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and blog articles.
  • Develop and provide sales enablement resources and training materials to assist the sales team in effectively promoting solutions.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and other stakeholders to define the go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment with product development timelines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in product, solutions, or partner marketing within SaaS or software enterprises.
  • Proven expertise in creating and executing successful go-to-market strategies with a solutions-oriented, customer-centric approach.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, managing various projects simultaneously.
  • Comprehension of complex enterprise sales processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (preferred, but not mandatory).

This role is expected to have a hybrid work model, allowing for collaboration and engagement with the team.

The base salary range for this position is 120,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
