Marketing Manager for Solutions

PagerDuty empowers teams across various sectors to perform essential tasks that drive business progress through the PagerDuty Operations Cloud.

We are looking for a Solutions Marketing Manager to enhance our diverse, customer-centric team. In this position, you will concentrate on crafting and implementing marketing strategies for pivotal solutions, including Customer Experience Operations and others. This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B marketing, familiarity with CRM integrations and cloud technologies, and a proven history of executing successful marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate clear and persuasive positioning and messaging for essential solutions that resonate with target demographics, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to enhance the adoption of key solutions.
  • Create engaging marketing collateral, such as solution briefs, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and blog articles.
  • Develop and provide sales enablement resources and training materials to assist the sales team in effectively promoting solutions.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and other stakeholders to establish the go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment with product development plans.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in product, solutions, or partner marketing within SaaS or software enterprises.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing successful go-to-market strategies with a solutions-oriented, customer-centric approach.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational abilities, managing various projects simultaneously.
  • Comprehension of complex enterprise sales processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (preferred, but not mandatory).

This role is expected to involve occasional in-office presence, allowing you to thrive in your new position and fully embrace the company culture.

The base salary range for this position is 120,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, equity, and/or benefits.
