Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients manage and mitigate risks associated with their business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide high-level support to clients and team members on matters related to risk management, including assessing risk-related matters and making recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments, including safety and prevention program reviews, site observations, and client interviews, to identify trends and opportunities for risk improvement.
- Strategy Development: Assist in the design and implementation of risk management strategies and programs for clients, including the development of client-specific risk control key performance indicators.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and their insurers to establish mutual beneficial objectives and provide alternative risk control solutions where necessary.
- Training and Development: Provide training to clients on risk management best practices and assist clients in finding alternative training resources when needed.
- Project Management: Use project management skills to ensure goals and objectives are appropriate and aligned with services delivered to exceed client expectations.
- Experience: Three or more years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management or Claims industry.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of underwriting and insurance coverages, as well as agency management systems, database software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
- Licenses: Current Property & Casualty license preferred.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
