About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining business relationships in the Las Vegas area.

Your primary focus will be on securing new projects in your territory while ensuring the successful completion of existing projects. You will work closely with our inside sales, engineering, and support teams to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners in the Las Vegas area
  • Secure new projects and grow existing business in your territory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure project success
  • Entertain customers through regular social events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

  • 1-10 years of B2B industrial territory sales experience
  • Ideal candidate will have experience working for a manufacturer or construction firm
  • Strong social skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Must reside in Las Vegas, Nevada and be able to travel throughout the territory
