Manufacturing Process Engineer

At Syntegon Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct time and efficiency studies to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze and recommend layout and workflow changes to optimize production
- Review and recommend updates to production standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Research and recommend capital equipment projects to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Manage automation projects to streamline production processes
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an advanced high mix low volume manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with production environments and advanced manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Mastery of MS Office suite, specifically Excel
- Project management experience, specifically capital research/installation projects
- Solid Works experience
- Visual Basics programming
- 2-4 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer
- CMM programming
- SAP experience
