Responsabilidades:

  • Cuidar a los residentes y ayudar en la actualización del plan de servicios de cada residente
  • Asistir con las actividades de la vida diaria, como el baño, el vestido y la alimentación
  • Colaborar en el Programa de Enriquecimiento de Vida y fomentar la participación de los residentes en actividades
  • Crear y mantener una atmósfera de calidez, paciencia, entusiasmo y fomentar un ambiente tranquilo y alegre
  • Documentar y comunicar cualquier cambio relacionado con los residentes y completar todos los informes de manera oportuna
  • Ayudar a proporcionar un entorno seguro para los residentes
  • Responder a las llamadas y emergencias de los residentes de manera rápida y proporcionar asistencia de primeros auxilios y cuidados especializados según sea necesario
  • Mantener la confidencialidad de toda la información de atención a los residentes de acuerdo con las pautas de HIPAA

Calificaciones:

  • Tener conocimiento y experiencia en el cuidado e interacción con personas mayores
  • Poseer una pasión por el cuidado y un fuerte deseo de ayudar a los demás
  • Certificación en CPR / BSL
  • Certificación de Manipulador de Alimentos
