Role Overview

The Senior Director of Growth Analytics will collaborate with diverse business units, including product-led growth, lifecycle marketing, operations, experimentation, and performance marketing teams, to drive overall business expansion. This role entails evaluating opportunities, enhancing optimization initiatives, and analyzing full-funnel performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data definitions within the Growth organization and will focus on optimizing performance marketing expenditures and returns. Their business insight will be crucial in contributing to forecasting and planning efforts. This leader will also be responsible for attracting, developing, and managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and report on full-funnel performance for self-service channels.
  • Provide leadership and operational guidance on forecasting and planning.
  • Act as a strategic collaborator with the product-led growth team to advance business objectives.
  • Oversee the analytics intake process to ensure prioritization and accountability.
  • Establish and execute a vision for enhancing testing methodologies within the Growth team.
  • Identify innovative strategies, develop data definitions, and create necessary assets to scale insights.
  • Manage the development of business cases and opportunity assessments for cross-functional projects.
  • Create dashboards to monitor and communicate ongoing performance metrics.
  • Recruit top-tier talent and foster a strong, inclusive team culture.
Work Environment

Hybrid Work Model: Employees will split their time between in-office and remote work, with a minimum in-office presence required.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Master's degree or higher in a STEM discipline or an MBA with over 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with recurring revenue frameworks.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with data engineers to develop long-term data quality strategies.
  • Ability to assess opportunities and formulate comprehensive business cases.
  • Over 8 years of experience in paid marketing and/or funnel optimization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Preferred:

  • Outstanding communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong understanding of statistical principles, including regression and causal inference.
  • A collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Compensation Transparency

In accordance with applicable regulations, salary ranges for this position are as follows:

California: $195,500 - $315,775 base salary.

This role also includes eligibility for bonuses, equity, and benefits.
