Job Title: Senior Delivery Manager

The Senior Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing the IT work plan for one or more project tasks. This position serves as the technology lead for the application, database, and reporting features being developed and sustained as part of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into IT capabilities, leveraging Agile development methodologies to manage and deliver system backlogs.
  • Work closely with functional SMEs, business analysts, developers, and QA/QC teams to design, deploy, and sustain solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technology stack, including C#, MVC Architecture, REST web services,.NET Core MVC.Net, Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and database and QA/QC teams, with a focus on training and professional development.
  • Design and oversee the sustainment and development of solutions, ensuring they meet requirements and are delivered on tight schedules.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work onsite at the client site in Daleville, AL for a minimum of 3 days out of the week, with remaining days remote.
  • B.S. degree in a STEM field or 5+ years of equivalent work experience required.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Active SECRET security clearance or above.
  • PMI PMP Certification (preferred).
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification is required. If not active, the candidate must be able to obtain the certification within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Procure the Microsoft Azure Solution Architect certification as part of a career growth plan.
