Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both small and large-scale projects from discovery and design to development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Client Relationships
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
    • Delegate responsibilities and tasks to team members.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure adherence to HITT's quality standards and procedures.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project quality.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial general contracting.
  • A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and acquiring new clients.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite.
