Position Overview:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serves as a vital member of the healthcare team, providing direct patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. This role includes both clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
As an LPN, your duties will include:

  • Taking patient medical histories and recording vital signs.
  • Explaining treatment procedures to patients and preparing them for examinations.
  • Assisting medical and nursing staff during examinations and procedures.
  • Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens, and performing basic lab tests.
  • Administering medications as directed by a physician.
  • Managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with patients and staff.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A valid LPN license.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Work Environment:
This role may require physical stamina, including the ability to lift and transport patients. Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control procedures is essential.
