Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs). You will assist with assessments, treatment planning, medication administration, and other clinical tasks to ensure the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with RNs to assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and medical orders.
  • Administer medications accurately and safely according to established protocols.
  • Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, vital signs monitoring, and EKGs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Experience providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
