International Sales Director

At Amazon, we're building a team of innovative sales leaders who can drive growth and success in our international markets. As a key member of our Global Sales team, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to recruit and manage US-based marketplace Sellers into the EU region.
As a seasoned sales professional, you'll have a proven track record of success in e-commerce sales, with a strong ability to build and manage pipelines that deliver results. You'll be responsible for owning the P&L and setting the vision for a 30+ HC sales team supporting two sales channels, as well as building and executing Seller Recruitment and Management sales strategies with US and EU stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include delegating high-impact SMEships to drive process improvements, hiring and developing a bench of next-generation top talent, and representing the team's contributions in xBRs, including WBR, MBR, QBR, and OP. You'll also be responsible for building multi-domain subject matter expertise through management of parallel business initiatives and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
Basic qualifications include 3+ years of experience in hiring, developing, and leading a team of managers and ICs, as well as 4+ years of experience in e-commerce sales. You'll also need to be able to own and draft business performance documents to upper-level stakeholders, analyze and report data, and hold a Bachelor's Degree, with an MBA preferred.
Preferred qualifications include the ability to set and inspire team vision, influence key stakeholders, and wear many different hats and deal with highly ambiguous situations.
