ENGEL North America seeks an experienced Account Growth Strategist to drive new account development and secure new business opportunities. This role involves proactively pursuing leads in a variety of geographical territories and analyzing assigned markets to determine the value of existing and prospective customers.

The successful candidate will use Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and inform data-driven decision-making. They will partner with local Account Managers and Business Unit Managers to establish budgets and account development plans aligned with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in injection molding machinery, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. A mechanical engineering and/or mold design background is a plus, as is international sales experience.
