Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at Agency, a hyper-growth startup based in NYC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives that drive growth and deepen relationships with key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating personalized, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth. They will also possess a strong understanding of ABM principles, tools, and platforms, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns tailored to high-value accounts, leveraging data insights to inform messaging and tactics.
- Identify opportunities for targeted growth through personalized outreach, content creation, and demand generation strategies.
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals, creating seamless hand-offs and fostering alignment on account priorities.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns, including email, social media, paid ads, events, and direct mail, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or enterprise marketing, or B2B sales roles.
- Strong understanding of ABM principles, tools, and platforms.
- Demonstrated success in creating personalized, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, in-person role in our Union Square office. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
