Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Revenue Growth Strategist to partner with our Sales and Account Management organization to drive growth, optimize commercial processes, and support data-driven decision making. This role reports to the Vice President of Commercial Operations.
Responsibilities- Owning and evaluating key workflows and processes related to sales, account management, and customer success.
- Developing logical frameworks to address individual and thematic issues.
- Managing ad-hoc data analysis to support Garner's commercial strategy.
- Serving as the first point of escalation for commercial teams.
- Integrating people, process, and systems strategies to drive Garner's commercial objectives.
- Establishing and tracking key performance metrics.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM strategy roles. A strong analytical background, proficiency in Excel, and experience designing processes at scale are required.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $135,000 - $170,000.
