Territory Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at Accordance Search Group. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan to achieve assigned sales objectives in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives
  • Conduct clinical in-service training programs with customers
  • Educate healthcare providers on product use and patient care pathways
  • Manage inventory and sample control processes
  • Stay current with company communications and complete administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience (medical device experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of sales performance
  • Clear understanding of med tech sales processes, territory management, and customer relationship management
  • Experience calling on Hospital and ASC call points, C-suite of the Hospital, and working in a challenging reimbursement environment

Skills and Attributes:

  • Ability to build strong rapport with physicians and hospital decision makers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with technology, including CRM software
  • Positive, professional, team player with a go-getter attitude

Education:

Bachelor's degree required
