About the Role

Magneto and Diesel Distributors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, and expand our market share in assigned territories.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including territory planning, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including diesel engine components, and be able to communicate their value to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of business-to-business sales experience within the automotive and/or transportation industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and exercise judgment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to move, lift, and carry objects up to 50lbs.
  • Background Check: Must successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screening.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and have a driving record that meets hiring eligibility set forth by our company.
