We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our service department.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests promptly and review services owed from point of purchase of their vehicle
• Increase guest satisfaction by building relationships with guests
• Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, hospitality, and employee and community relations
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update guests frequently
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions
• Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers' vehicles including their time management, efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times
• Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOP) as appropriate
• Explain all work completed to guests
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control
• Minimum 1-year automotive service advisor experience
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude, high energy, and friendly
• Must have a valid driver's license
