Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to join our team at Swedish Edmonds Radiology. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn about radiology.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients and internal/external customers. They will also be proficient in computer skills, multi-tasking, and working with various software programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring the accuracy of patient demographic and insurance information, and collecting and reconciling patient payments. They will also be able to respond to patient questions regarding routine billing and insurance matters.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service-oriented environment required
  • Minimum of 1-year medical office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical insurance preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills, multi-tasking, and working with various software programs

COVID Requirements
