Job Opportunity:

Main Street Insurance is seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Edmonds, Washington. As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to assess their insurance needs and providing personalized coverage options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized coverage options.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by cultivating strong client relationships and following up on leads.
  • Stay informed on product offerings, policy changes, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Work closely with team members to recommend coverage enhancements and complete policy renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
  • Licensing: Must be able to obtain Washington State Personal Lines Insurance License prior to start date.
  • Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability in sales to meet targets and develop new business opportunities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
