Sales Account Manager

Specializing in Court Reporting, Transcription, Trial Services, and Remote Depositions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee all sales operations within designated accounts or territories, focusing on both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. (Emphasis on client service)
· Ensure the quality and consistency of service and product delivery.
· Actively pursue new leads and referrals generated from field activities and various lead generation methods.
· Demonstrate the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
· Administer account services through regular quality assessments and follow-up actions.
· Enhance professional and technical expertise by attending relevant workshops, reviewing industry publications, building personal networks, and engaging in professional organizations.
· Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing initiatives.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Local travel to engage with current and prospective clients, necessitating a valid state driver's license within a specified timeframe after employment.
· Flexibility to work varied hours and occasional overnight travel.
· Proficient in CRM systems, Reporter Base 8, or other legal database applications.
· A high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required; a college degree is preferred.
