About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our Sales Crew at JumpCrew. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating conversations with businesses to learn about potential partnerships and managing the sales cycle from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect potential customers, screen inbound opportunities, identify and contact decision-makers, and lead and facilitate sales pitches
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following the sales process with potential buyers, including demos and presentations
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business
  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and efficiently drive sales to close


Requirements

  • At least 1 year of full-cycle sales experience required
  • Experience working in a CRM (Hubspot is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Positive mindset and grit


What We Offer

  • $50,000 base salary + monthly commission = total earnings potential of $62,000 - $77,000/year
