Job Overview

We're seeking results-oriented, persistent, and outstanding sales professionals to join our team as Major Account Executives, SMB Sales. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build stellar relationships with customers, offering them T-Mobile's unparalleled product and service line. This is a true hunter role, and we're looking for individuals who can meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Partner proactively with Retail Stores in assigned territory to drive Business Sales results through education on Business Sales products and services and closing on Business Sales leads.
  • Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace.
  • Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment.
  • Less than 2 years Experience solutions/applications selling.
  • Less than 2 years Telecommunications / technical sales.
