Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team at Synergy Interactive as a Human Resources Manager. As a strategic partner to our executive team, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring that our people strategies align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support our company's growth and success, driving business outcomes through effective talent management and organizational development.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and best-in-class recruitment tools.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and managing employee relations issues, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to drive employee development and engagement, ensuring that employees have the skills and competencies needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, maintaining a proactive and risk-managed approach to HR operations.
  • HR Analytics: Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making, providing actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to improve organizational culture, efficiency, and effectiveness, driving business growth and success through strategic HR initiatives.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans to ensure a pipeline of future leaders, ensuring continuity and stability in our organization.
  • Global HR: Collaborate with global HR teams to support our international operations, driving consistency and alignment across our global workforce.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in HR or Organizational Leadership preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Rippling.
  • Experience working in a global environment is a plus.
