Leasing Specialist for Affordable Housing

Support Property Managers in the efficient oversight of Accessible Space, Inc.'s (ASI) housing facilities by ensuring that all procedures and documentation related to tenant move-ins and certifications adhere to the guidelines established by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).


Ideal candidate will possess:
Experience in high-volume property management, including rent calculations. A minimum of two years in an administrative role. Proficiency in standard administrative tasks, alongside strong computer and data processing capabilities. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are essential. Certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) is preferred, with knowledge of Section 8, 202 PRAC, and 811 PRAC being advantageous.
