Reports To: Director of Revenue and Leasing

Purpose: We are in search of a dynamic and customer-oriented Mobile Leasing Consultant to become a part of our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue and Leasing, this role is essential in enhancing occupancy levels and contributing to the overall success of the Real Estate Equities portfolio. The Mobile Leasing Consultant will manage all leasing functions for their designated properties by actively engaging with leads, conducting property tours, processing applications, facilitating move-in orientations, and overseeing renewal processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Travel between properties within the assigned portfolio to perform on-site leasing activities.


• Work closely with the Portfolio Leasing Manager to receive nurtured leads and coordinate appointments.


• Conduct property tours, delivering comprehensive information and advantages regarding the properties, while effectively finalizing lease applications.


• Manage the application process, evaluate potential applicants, and ensure all required documentation is collected promptly and accurately.


• Implement follow-up strategies with prospective tenants to improve lease conversion rates.


• Organize and lead move-in orientations for new residents, ensuring a seamless transition into their new homes.


• Leverage social media and innovative marketing strategies to attract new leads and enhance property visibility.


• Maintain and update records of leasing activities and communications within the company's CRM system.


• Collaborate with the Director of Revenue and Leasing, Portfolio Leasing Specialist, property management teams, and marketing personnel to optimize leasing efforts and foster a unified team approach.


• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and company policies throughout all leasing activities.


• Continuously improve leasing skills and knowledge by participating in training programs, workshops, and industry seminars.

Additional Responsibilities:


• Engage in special projects as required.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:


• Demonstrated experience in leasing or sales, preferably within the multi-family sector.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Results-driven and solution-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting leasing and occupancy goals.


• Proficient with technology and familiar with property management software and CRM systems; experience with Yardi is preferred.


• Understanding of Fair Housing laws and best practices in leasing.


• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.


• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel as necessary.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


• Maintain a professional office environment.


• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Physical Requirements:


• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk.


• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and navigate stairs as required.


Compensation details: $19-$24 Hourly Wage
