Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Leasing Specialist for Affordable Housing to join our administrative team. This role is essential in assisting Property Managers with the effective oversight of ASI's properties, ensuring that all processes and documentation related to tenant move-ins are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Property Managers in the administration of housing properties.
- Ensure accurate processing of move-in documentation.
- Maintain compliance with housing regulations and standards.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of two years of experience in high-volume property management, including rent calculations.
- Proficiency in standard administrative functions and strong computer skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) is advantageous, along with knowledge of Section 8, 202 PRAC, and 811 PRAC.
