As a Senior Civil Engineer at Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB), you will take charge of designing a series of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, as well as non-infrastructure initiatives, through various stages including outline and detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Your role will involve assembling a project team that includes electrical, mechanical, civil, and process designers to support your Project Leader.
You will provide guidance and coordination to ensure that your project teams complete the designs in line with specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Mott MacDonald Bentley is the design and build division of the global engineering consultancy Mott MacDonald. We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to assist in delivering projects for one of the UK's leading water and sewerage companies.
Our Design Leads manage substantial projects or programs of work, overseeing multiple Project Leaders and specialized multi-discipline designers to meet client needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Civil Engineer with a background in water or wastewater engineering.
- Chartered or Incorporated member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
- Proficient in using software tools for civil design calculations.
- Familiarity with designer responsibilities under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
