Position: Field Service Technician

Role Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of software enhancements and upgrades for Patient Monitors utilized in various clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and document software updates for Patient Monitors.
  • Perform routine system evaluations and maintain logs post-installation.
  • Oversee inventory of customer-specific parts and tools.
  • This is a Per-Diem position requiring local, regional, and national travel.
  • Weekly hours will be determined based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in troubleshooting electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.
  • Experience in a military or technical support role is advantageous.
  • A+ certification is beneficial.
  • Background in healthcare, engineering, biomedical services, maintenance, customer support, or IT is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for work-related travel (reimbursement for travel time and mileage is provided).
  • Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform necessary physical tasks.
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status.

Compensation Package: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $27.00 to $30.00, based on qualifications and experience. Eligible for annual bonuses, sales incentives, and stock options. Comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
