- Thoroughly understanding and addressing user requirements, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and support tickets within agreed service levels.
- Overseeing the daily operations of Azure environments, including monitoring and responding to system alerts.
- Assisting with resource allocation, migration, and configuration within Azure.
- Managing cloud networking and security protocols, including firewalls and network security groups.
- Effectively escalating issues to appropriate technical teams when necessary, while also providing support to users and internal stakeholders as part of a structured incident management process.
- Handling complex support tickets and navigating challenging scenarios that may involve collaboration with multiple teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Possess experience with cloud services and hosting solutions in a customer-facing technical support role.
- Have 5-8 years of progressive experience in a helpdesk environment.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows server management, including remote access and network troubleshooting tools.
- Be a self-motivated and productive individual, recognized for delivering high-quality results on the first attempt.
- Exhibit a strong interest in programming or engaging in personal coding projects.
- Have experience working as part of a global team with effective information handover practices.
- Utilize a fully functional and up-to-date computer for work purposes.
- Be open to installing advanced endpoint protection software on your device.
- Hold US citizenship.
- Be prepared to work on-site in the designated area.
