- Developing a comprehensive understanding of user requirements and efficiently addressing customer inquiries and support tickets within established service level agreements.
- Overseeing the daily operations of Azure environments, responding to system alerts and managing routine tasks.
- Assisting with resource allocation, migration, and configuration within Azure.
- Managing cloud networking and security measures, including firewalls and network security groups.
- Raising issues with relevant technical teams when necessary, while providing support to users and internal teams through a defined incident management framework.
- Handling complex support tickets and navigating challenging scenarios that may involve collaboration across multiple teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Possess experience with cloud products and services in a customer-facing technical support role.
- Have 5-8 years of progressive experience in a helpdesk environment.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration, including proficiency with remote access and networking tools.
- Exhibit self-management skills, responsibility, and a strong track record of productivity, recognized for delivering quality results on the first attempt.
- Show a genuine interest in programming or personal coding projects.
- Have experience working within a global, shift-oriented team structure with effective information handovers.
- Utilize a fully functional and up-to-date computer for work-related tasks.
- Be open to installing advanced endpoint protection software on your computer.
- Hold US citizenship.
- Be prepared to work on-site as required.
