Position Overview

This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and consumers by addressing platform-related inquiries regarding program details, services, and products. Additionally, this position is responsible for troubleshooting technical platform challenges, resolving order discrepancies, and managing customer account details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and investigate/resolving customer issues.
  • Provide exceptional service and support for both consumers and clients across various areas, including product information, registration and password support, delivery inquiries, technical difficulties, EDI, and financial questions.
  • Engage with partners to foster relationships and goodwill by adhering to standard operating procedures while increasing exceptions as necessary.
  • Analyze personal performance metrics to enhance strengths and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to pinpoint strengths and recommend process enhancements.
  • Provide system support, identify issues, submit IT ticket requests, and conduct systems testing.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong digital literacy and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to address issues, resolve complaints, and manage challenging customer interactions through standard and escalated procedures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Positive and service-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in technical product information to provide effective customer support.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business is preferred, or equivalent related work experience.

Technical Expertise

Proficient in supporting technologies including end-user devices (PCs, Smart Phones, Tablets), Windows 10, Mac OS, Server 2016, and Google G-Suite Workplace.
