Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is seeking a dedicated individual to provide administrative support for the Customer Service Center (CSC) department, tailored to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform typing, folding correspondence, filing/imaging, and managing departmental supplies.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Handle incoming and outgoing information for department personnel and other departments, including priority requests.
- Maintain supply cabinets and retrieve supplies as needed.
- Sort and manage reports for the CSC expeditor's Teleorder requests.
- Label Customer Experience Cards and assist with writing cards for correspondents.
- Process Prime Therapeutic authorizations and create Client Letter replies for members.
- Utilize imaging systems for incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide backup support to the Director's administrative assistant and other CSC support specialists.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of prior office administration or clerical experience.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. when necessary.
- Capable of sitting or standing at a workstation for the majority of the workday.
