The Customer Service Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. This position involves overseeing site visits, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site assessments to enhance client retention.
- Support new branch openings to ensure a successful launch.
- Monitor compliance with local and national standards, reviewing corporate compliance reports.
- Develop and implement action plans to minimize waste and improve service quality.
- Create incremental sales strategies in collaboration with local management to boost profitability.
- Enhance customer retention and experience at the point of sale.
- Identify retail pricing opportunities and promote repeat business through best practices.
- Ensure adherence to merchandising standards across locations.
- Evaluate performance through regular audits and district evaluations.
- Assist in the Route Driver role as needed, delivering products and maintaining equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience required.
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and a clean driving record.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
- Experience in route management, retail, and merchandising is advantageous.
- Ability to operate or learn to use material handling equipment.
- Food and beverage industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients and customers.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
