Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site assessments to enhance client retention.
  • Support new branch openings to ensure a successful launch.

  • Develop and implement action plans to minimize waste and improve service quality.
  • Create incremental sales strategies in collaboration with local management to boost profitability.
  • Enhance customer retention and experience at the point of sale.

  • Ensure adherence to merchandising standards across locations.
  • Evaluate performance through regular audits and district evaluations.
  • Assist in the Route Driver role as needed, delivering products and maintaining equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience required.
  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in route management, retail, and merchandising is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate or learn to use material handling equipment.
  • Food and beverage industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients and customers.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
