Position Overview:
The role involves facilitating all marketing initiatives for dealers within the designated Area. This includes assisting in the creation, monitoring, and execution of dealer advertising, promotional strategies, customer loyalty programs, and event management related to the Porsche Dealer Marketing Services (PDMS) program, aimed at enhancing brand visibility and strength. The objective is to foster the growth of the Porsche brand within the Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design local dealer event ideas for PDMS in collaboration with the Area Marketing Manager and dealer marketing agency, ensuring adherence to Porsche Corporate Identity (CI) standards.
- Assist the Area Team (Area Marketing Manager, Area Vice President, Regional Manager, AfterSales Manager, PDMS Representatives) by analyzing dealer marketing requirements and utilizing the PDMS program to support these efforts.
- Contribute to the formulation, production, and execution of marketing strategies that enhance the company's brand recognition within the Area. Gather and analyze competitive marketing data to optimize market positioning.
- Provide necessary support and coordination to PDMS Representatives to enhance marketing activities within their Region/Area. Conduct regular evaluations of projects, campaigns, and initiatives to develop market insights, strengthen corporate/dealership relationships, and boost sales.
- Assist in the establishment, execution, and ongoing management of the PDMS program, contributing to the achievement and growth of PCNA's sales targets and ensuring appropriate brand representation.
- Lead and engage in the development of strategic direction and program execution for key customer retention marketing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams within PCA, PAG, and external partners.
- Support the Area Team in organizing, implementing, and participating in special events, promotions, and meetings to promote the PDMS program, including: Sports Car Races, Concours Events, and Auto Shows.
- Compile and maintain a dealer marketing event calendar in partnership with Area Teams to ensure ongoing marketing opportunities within the Area.
- Contribute to the achievement of the Area dealers' PDMS Fund Utilization objectives. Ensure compliance with CI guidelines in all dealer marketing materials and communications.
- Conceptualize, execute, and manage an area marketing fleet of up to 18 vehicles, utilized for transportation throughout the area to support dealer and area events.
- Ensure adherence to Information Technology security policies at Porsche Cars North America.
- Promote the proper retention of electronic documents and confidential business information, demonstrating an understanding of the importance of safeguarding competitive information in both electronic and physical formats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent education and experience.
Skills Required:
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
- Strong analytical and record-keeping skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight trips.
