Role Overview
The Local Restaurant Marketing Manager is tasked with crafting and implementing marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, engage guests, and drive sales for Snooze locations in the Atlanta-metro area. This position demands a strategic mindset, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate the Snooze brand within the community. A thorough understanding of the Atlanta market and its neighborhoods is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, target demographics, competitive landscape, and community engagement opportunities. Utilize findings to shape local marketing strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop annual marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition, increase foot traffic, and create new sales channels, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing goals.
- Marketing Execution: Implement field marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business needs. This includes community partnerships, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Work closely with restaurant management to optimize marketing efforts and ensure operational support.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with local vendors and agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Budget Oversight: Oversee the local marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial objectives.
- Performance Evaluation: Track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to company policies and local regulations.
- Organizational Management: Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that includes events, promotions, and collaborations.

Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, particularly in field marketing or related roles, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work 45 to 55 hours per week.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
- Home base in Atlanta, GA, with expectations for in-market presence.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range is part of a comprehensive compensation package offered by Snooze.
