Role Overview

The Local Restaurant Marketing Manager is tasked with crafting and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, foster guest engagement, and stimulate sales growth for our restaurants in the Atlanta-metro area. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to embody and communicate the Snooze brand within the community. A deep understanding of the Atlanta market and its neighborhoods is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, customer segments, competitive dynamics, and community partnerships. Utilize these insights to shape effective marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop annual marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition, drive foot traffic, and create additional revenue streams for each restaurant, aligning with corporate marketing goals.
  • Marketing Execution: Implement marketing plans and adjust strategies based on business needs. This includes community events, collaborations with local influencers, and promotional activities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and community leaders, to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with local vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to company policies and local regulations.
  • Organizational Planning: Maintain a local marketing calendar that includes events, activations, and promotions.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in field marketing or the restaurant/hospitality sector.

Additional Considerations

  • Willingness to work 45 to 55 hours per week.
  • Travel requirements are approximately 10%, with the ability to travel for extended periods.
  • Position based in Atlanta, GA, with expectations for regular market presence.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, reflecting the low and high ends of the compensation spectrum based on various factors including experience and performance.
