**About the Role**

As a Sales Manager at Aaron's, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service experiences in our stores. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, closing agreements, processing renewal payments, and maintaining our showroom floors. You will be a key figure in building long-lasting customer and vendor relationships, setting sales goals, and driving new business through effective marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
* Set and achieve sales goals through marketing strategies
* Assist the General Manager with operational functions
* Assist with deliveries when necessary

**Requirements**

* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Ability to market and drive new business
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly
* Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
