Dentologie, a leading dental organization, is in search of a detail-oriented and strategic thinker to fill the role of Head of Clinical Operations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and support the Chief Clinical Officer in various initiatives within the clinical division and across different departments.

The Head of Clinical Operations will report directly to Dr. Hany Kurdi, a founding member and the Chief Clinical Officer, who is responsible for establishing the strategic direction of our clinical services, including the development of best practices and career pathways for our clinical staff.

Location:

The selected candidate will be based at our headquarters, which houses our founding members, dental practices, and clinical personnel.

Reporting Structure:

This role will report directly to Dr. Hany Kurdi, our Chief Clinical Officer.

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

The individual in this role will collaborate closely with Dr. Hany Kurdi, partner doctors, associate dentists, and senior operations leaders on priority projects aimed at enhancing Dentologie's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational and clinical experience within the dental or healthcare sectors, enabling them to contribute effectively from day one. We seek a data-driven professional who is proactive and possesses excellent communication skills to engage with doctors, leadership team members, and external partners.

  • Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to prepare analyses and presentations for the clinical team.
  • Develop and refine clinical processes, standard operating procedures, and emergency protocols at the organizational level.
  • Monitor key performance indicators across the clinical division.
  • Engage with unit-level staff to enhance patient experiences.
  • Provide administrative support for the Patient Management System, including continuing education for clinical staff, time-off requests, scheduling audits, and legal documentation.
  • Assist in the onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing management of clinical staff.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operations or clinical role within a dental or healthcare organization, demonstrating positive performance and career advancement.
  • Strong preference for dental experience, with healthcare experience as a secondary consideration.
  • A critical-thinking mindset and a data-driven approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a desire to further develop these skills.
  • Exceptional executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with doctors and senior leadership.
  • A keen interest in advancing to a high-visibility role within clinical operations.
