- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to lessons learned and share knowledge with the team to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in logistics, specifically in ocean freight operations.
- Leadership: 5-7 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving business objectives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in in-house applications, such as Logis Ocean, RPMS, FSI, COSS, and Cargo Wise.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence decisions and actions.
- Total Compensation Package: We offer a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage.
