We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team in Kansas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing dealer accounts, recruiting new dealerships, and implementing sales programs to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory
  • Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support
  • Candidates should have three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals
