We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team at Crown Nissan of Decatur. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and creating a positive buying experience. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our vehicle offerings, including features, options, and latest technology.
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure referral business and maintain a strong customer base.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new product knowledge quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
