About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Valvoline. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize product knowledge and services to present oil change options and additional services to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
