About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at United Site Services. As a key member of our sales and service support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences while resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide world-class front-line support to customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Sales and Service Support: Qualify and manage customer needs and B2B service inquiries, as well as sales and service B2C requests.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communication: Hold professionally engaging verbal and written conversations with customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Meet quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by supervisors.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all USS products and services, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with various departments and systems within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
