Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective account management and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by utilizing resource documentation and automated tools.
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards.
  • Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values and competencies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously.
