Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Specialists with experience in the field of residential property upkeep. Our organization is looking for dedicated professionals to manage a variety of maintenance responsibilities within residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing plumbing repairs including issues with sinks, showers, and toilets
  • Conducting electrical tasks such as replacing fixtures and performing rewiring
  • Carrying out carpentry work, including patching walls and installing cabinetry
  • Assisting with the installation and repair of household appliances
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to residents
  • Communicating any inventory shortages to the Maintenance Supervisor

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in residential maintenance
  • Possession of personal hand tools and a drill
  • Dependable transportation and a collaborative approach
  • Capability to manage a physically demanding workload
