Job Summary:

Favorite Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our team in a contract position. As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a nursing home facility, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and patient care
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of Kansas
  • At least six months of recent experience as a Director of Nursing in a nursing home setting
  • Current BLS certification
