Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and implement recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of the firm, overseeing the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance review processes that reflect the firm's goals, ensuring high performance and adherence to compliance and best practices.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for all employees, providing support and managing their inquiries or issues, maintaining employee relations through proactive communications and effective conflict resolution.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for team development to enhance the professional skills of all staff.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Update and maintain HR policies in accordance with the latest laws and regulations, ensuring all HR activities are compliant with legal standards.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage the salary structure, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and ensure that policies, procedures, and programs are in alignment with the firm's overall strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven track record of managing all HR functions, including recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills.
