Job Summary

Tilray Beer Company is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join its team in Atlanta, GA. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a people and culture plan that drives business growth and solidifies the company's leadership position in the industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with experience in talent development, organization design, employee engagement, and change management. They will be responsible for designing and implementing optimized organization structures across the US, identifying talent opportunities, and maximizing performance within the Northern Core region.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. The HR Manager will be a key member of the Tilray Beer HR team and will work closely with the Senior Director of HR to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's business objectives
  • Designing and implementing optimized organization structures across the US
  • Identifying talent opportunities and maximizing performance within the Northern Core region
  • Providing consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers
  • Aligning people management with business strategies
  • Managing and supporting employees, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to inform HR decisions
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of HR management experience, with a strong background in talent development, organization design, employee engagement, and change management
  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
