About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our team as the Director of IT Operations at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of St. Louis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring the effective use of technology to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, to ensure they are secure, reliable, and meet our business needs.
  • Service Desk and Support: Establish and manage a service desk function to provide timely and effective support to our employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Compliance and Security: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, protecting our data and systems from cyber threats.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet our requirements and provide value to our organization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in managing complex IT environments.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, with knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and HITRUST.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in areas such as network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL) are a plus.
